What to do if your curry chicken gets too hot?

My first attempt to cook curry chicken is a total failure. It is too hot, almost not consumable. What should I do (except getting rid of it)? Any idea?

add Santan helps..the other option is to split into 2.. then add more ingredients into the half without the chillies...
